Wipro — Unable to access the PBLApp for the purpose of Pjp

Respected Sir/Madam,
On 18 March 2022 I have attended the orientation program they gave the information about Pre-joining program and they even told about the self-registration process in order to access the PBL App for pre-joining program. I have registered for it and when I started the process to login I am getting the error message as "Account not found/Invalid in PBL App". Even when I am uploading the documents there is a section about Embark Onboarding and when I have opened that section it contained the information about the filling the joining forms and there is a button "Embark Onboarding" when I clicked on the button I got the error message as "Page not found".
