Wipro — Unable to clear ammount

Hi this is EKTA TRIPATHI, I am the ex employee of Wipro and i am not able to withdraw my PF amount kindly look into this matter.
I am not getting WIPRO PF details where as i am getting the other organisations PF details while trying to withdraw the amount .

MY EMPLOYEE ID is 546478
