Wipro — Unable to complete onboarding process

I received the Wipro Onboarding email on 27 May 2025 regarding their off-campus process i.e. Elite Exclusive Hiring 2024, hosted on Superset. Since then I have tried to initiate the process multiple times but unable to access the Embark portal thus causing me hinderence in completing the process.

I have registered my self with the Email id that they have suggested me to use in there email as this is the same id I have used along the entire process.

i was able to complete the registration process but am unable to login and access the site and everytime is shows this error : "Please use the primary email ID that was used for registering on the Career Site.". i have as=lso tried to use my other mail id incase there is a chance but receiver same result.

I have emailed my issue to the help mail ID multiple times, but haven't received any message from their end, and it has been more than 2 weeks now.
