Wipro — Unable to edit mobile number field in embark profile

Sir/madam,
I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE NTH FY 22 and was asked to complete the Background verification but I am unable to update the default phone number. It says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even though the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e (+91-), so I request you to correct the issue so I can complete my Background Verification.
