Wipro — Unable to fill Background Check form

My resume no. is 22996616.
I received a mail from Wipro for the background check on 03/11/2021 but whenever I try to click on fill more profile details, the link is not working.
Please help me as soon as possible.
I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Hey, even I have the same problem and have mailed them they informed me they would re-trigger the link..but till now no update.can I know whether your problem is solved or what

I also mailed them. They send me a mail that they will re-trigger the BGV link. But still my problem is not solved.
