[Resolved]  Wipro — unable to get a password for wipro alumni portal

Hello,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding wipro alumni portal. I am an ex-employee emp id 20056148 and left wipro in june 2019.

On my last day i got an email from wipro to join the alumni circle to track the fnf process and other related issues. I registered myself successfully after 3 attempts as the https://myapp.wipro.com/xemp/index.html interface is not user friendly and everytime i tried it would crash.in my fourth attempt i was able to register successfully.

So far so good, now i forgot my password as its been 6 months and whenever i try to use the forgot option, it would say that the otp information would be sent on my registered mobile no or email (Both of these details are already updated when i was registering my self) but its been 3 days no otp has been sent. I have tried multiple times but no luck.

I am stuck, i need the fnf slip and other details so that i can submit in my current organization, i tried calling the hr but as usual they do not pick up the phone.
