[Resolved] Wipro — unable to login in the candidate desktop | |
I registered myself on the synergy (Wipro's official website) registration link provided by the tpo (Training and placement officer) of my college, for the wipro campus drive on october 1, 2019. After successful registration, i got the reference number and the password via mail from [protected]@wipro.com. I also filled up the cam form and tried to login in the candidate desktop. But i was unable to login. It was showing that my account has been locked. So i was unable to generate the boarding pass. I reported this to the hr madam who came for the recruitment, and she allowed me to give the assessment test as i successfully registered in the synergy link. I have been selected after going through the entire recruitment process. But i still cannot login in the candidate desktop. I need to login in the candidate desktop because today i got the letter of intent from [protected]@wipro.com and in the letter it is stated to accept the contents that means i have to accept the offer and have to upload all the recuired documents for the bgv. Not able to send email to PF@wipro.com but mail is bounce back.

I've also tried changing my password and when i entered the new password the above message appears.

I've been selected in Wipro wilp through Campus Placement, evem I have completed my background verification and I received the notification of completed background verification but now I'm facing problem (My login access has been restricted on this link) and don't no what to do.
