[Resolved]  Wipro — unable to login into wipro alumni circle

Hi,
I am an ex employee of wipro technologies. Yesterday i've got a link to register in wipro alumni circle. I have registered successfully. But when i try to login, i am getting an error 'there is an issue. Please try again later'. Today i tried again, but i have got the same response. I have written mails to alumni help desk team and it seems the team is too careless regarding ex employee issues. Or i even doubt if there is really a team specific to these kind of issues.

I just hope that this platform will help me out of this situation.

I am an ex-wipro US employee. Trying to get my ADP email set to my personal email. REached out to multiple helpdesk emails including Alumni circle. No response!!! Its a shame Wipro is so ignorant on ex-employee issues!!!

Wipro Alumni Portal is down since past 12 days without any intimation. This is ridiculous. How can an Organization like Wipro can do that ? keeping Alumni Portal down for 12+ days . Due to this I am unable to submit my relieving letter to new employer and Bank for home loan. My employer is suspecting that I am an absconded or what ??
Hi I have left the Wipro at April 2018, due to some technical issue my all emails from personal gmails got deleted which include my Relieving letter.
I tried login in Alumini portal however showing as Employee ID is incorrect even have share mail to Final settlement team on 9th today is 12 no reply either from them.
Please advise what i can do to have my wipro Relieving letter, due to which my new company has kept on hold my new offer letter.

Hello All,

I am an ex employee of Wipro technologies and my EMP NO. was 20209398.

I joined Wipro on 31st Mar 2021 and left the organization on 29th April 2022 which has completed more than 1 year.
In the offer letter it is clearly mentioned like " Should you separate from services at Wipro before completion of one year from the date of joining, irrespective of the reasons for separation, you will be liable to pay back to Wipro the entire gross amount paid as Joining Bonus. "

As per Wipro Offer letter I should not return the joining bonus as i have completed more than one year. But unfortunately it's showing in my full and final settlement.

I chased to both fnfsupport.[protected]@wipro.com and radhika.[protected]@wipro.com (Radhika is my point of contact for final settlement process) daily but there is not a single update from their side.

I don't know to whom i will contact so that i will get the clarity for the same.
Multiple incident i have raised through ALUMNI PORTAL But below response i got from portal.

Resolution code = Solved (Permanently) Resolution notes = HI, For quires relating to final settlement pls drop a mail to Kindly drop a mail
to fnfsupport.[protected]@wipro.com. Regards hrss team.

Please advise what will be resolution step for the same.
