Wipro — Unable to login on alumni wipro portal

My last working day was 3rd january 2022 and i got the FNF mail 10 days ago and got the details to login on alumni portal and i got registered but i am not able to login.
After otp verification, it again redirects me to the sign up page. I dropped multiple mails to Finalsettlement hrss team but I didn’t get any reply.
From 10 days i am trying to login on alumni portal and i cleared the cache and cookies and tried on different browsers and devices but nothing worked.
It is the worst experience i had with wipro, i am not getting any help
