Wipro — Unable to upload documents for BGV and Embark getting error like "Sorry, the page you requested was not found."

Hi, Team
My Resume Number : 21039854
i got Elite offer letter from wipro on 21st february 2022. After that i got mail to fill my profile details for to go ahead for further process with wipro.
I had accepted all Boarding passes and tried to fill details many times for Background verification and Embark but i am getting an error page like "Sorry, the page you requested was not found.". Please help me to fix it before getting to late.
