Wipro — Unable to upload documents in Embark

Respected sir/mam
All the mandatory details in Embark in personal details section are prefilled which are not editable like email address,
date of birth, mobile number but still system is asking to fill mandatory fields.
Thus I am unable to proceed further
Therefore I request you to kindly look into this issue and do the needful.
