Wipro — Unable to upload the documents for background verification-WIPRO

My Resume Number[protected]
I have recieved Background verification link on 16 Dec 2021 but the link is not working to upload my documents from the day I received the mail.
please consider my issue and I request you to Regenerate the link for uploading the documents for Background Verification.
Please help me as soon as possible.
I am attaching a screenshot for your reference. time limit to upload my documents is too short. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
