Wipro — Unable to View or Edit Pre-filled Personal Details Background Verification Portal

While completing the Background Verification form, I noticed that my Mobile Number, Gender, and Nationality details were already pre-filled in the portal. However, after uploading the required documents and revisiting the form, these fields are no longer visible.

The system is now prompting me to enter these details, but it is not allowing me to edit or update the section.

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest so that I can complete the submission process.
