Wipro — Unjustified Final Settlement Recovery & No Response from HR Wipro

I am a former employee of Wipro (Employee ID:[protected], and I am facing serious issues with my Full & Final Settlement, which has not been properly clarified despite multiple follow-ups.

There are several discrepancies in my final settlement:

Incorrect Bonus Recovery
The system is showing a bonus recovery of ₹2, 75, 000, whereas my actual bonus amount was ₹2, 25, 000. Additionally, I have already completed 1 year after receiving the bonus, which satisfies the company policy. Hence, bonus recovery should not be applicable in my case.

Notice Period & Buyout Issue
I had opted for the buyout option, and the same was discussed and acknowledged by HR over email. Therefore, notice period recovery should not be applied.

Incorrect Notice Period Recovery Amount
The system-generated Last Working Day is May 13, but still a Notice Period Recovery amount of ₹88, 663.76 has been applied without any proper explanation or calculation breakdown.

No Proper Response from HR

I have already:
Sent multiple emails to HR and concerned teams
Raised a ticket in the Wipro Alumni Portal (Ticket No: INC16694989 – Status: In Progress)

However, no one is providing a clear explanation or resolution. I also do not have access to Wipro systems anymore, making it difficult to follow up.

Expectation:
I request Wipro to:

Recalculate my final settlement correctly
Remove unjustified recoveries
Provide a detailed breakdown of all deductions
Resolve this matter at the earliest

This lack of response and incorrect financial recovery is causing unnecessary stress and is highly unprofessional.

I request immediate attention to this matter.
