[Resolved]  Wipro — user account has been locked

My name is swaroop s i am from bppimt, bangalore. Wipro came for wipro elite national level 2019 drive. My cam form is complete but my account has been locked and i am unable to download my boarding pass and without the boarding pass, i will not be able to sit for the exam.

I tried resetting the password but it still says "the user account has been locked". Please help me to recover my account because i want to accept the offer.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Reply as soon as possible.
