[Resolved] Wipro — user account locked

Concerned officer,

Greetings, this is nandakishore. I tried to login to my user account in wipro to upload documents. Due to entering wrong password my account was locked. I tried resetting the password. But event after entering the new password that was sent to me in the mail it still shows the same thing that my account is locked. Is there any other way o[censored]nlocking my account? I need to upload documents for document verification step to proceed further.
