Hi, my name is amit patil. I attended the wipro drive on 03-nov-2018. After successfully clearing the interview process i got the letter of intent on the same day, but i am not able to login to my synergy candidate desktop account. I entered create new password option, but even after entering new password, it is still showing the same error"account locked", i need to agree to my letter of intent and upload all my documents as soon as possible.
Please help me out.
My candidate resume number is 8250543.

Wipro Customer Care's response Hi, Kindly submit your resume number and click on ‘Reset password’. New system-generated password will be sent to the registered email address within 30 minutes.

Sir I have submitted my documents incorrectly how to remove them plz resolve the issue.actuallyvi have uploaded my documents I'm the wipro selection process but later I noticed that they are not in correct pattern. I have been trying contionously to remove the uploaded documents but was of no use. So plz resolve the issue sir
