Wipro — Wipro Mandatory Field Phone number error in embark personal details page

Respected Sir/ Madam, In my Embark Form, I was able to sign my Declaration but in the personal details section I encountered an error in the Phone number field It says please enter the mandatory field and It is not getting edited. I guess there is an issue with the format so could you please look into the matter. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Sir/Madam,

I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE NTH FY 22 and was asked to complete the Background verification but i am unable to enter phone number, I am unable to process to next step as it says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab, so I request you to correct the issue so I can complete my Background Verification.
