[Resolved] Wipro — Wipro Unnecessary salary deduction in the final settlement
I have joined Wipro on 10th November, 2021. Due to some reason, I had resigned from Wipro on 16th November, 2021. Since I was in probation period, I had to serve 1 month notice period. I had served 1 month notice period which got completed on 15th December, 2021. My last working day was 15th December 2021 which includes the 1 month mandatory notice period. But, they have deducted a huge amount of salary in the final settlement and said this as Notice Period recovery. Since then I am trying to contact them but I am not getting any response from anyone. Its been more than a month now since I have reported this to HR and final settlement team. Was this information helpful?
