Wipro — Wipro Wipro Smart plug 16A not working. Warranty claim.

I brought a wipro smart plug (wifi enabled) after looking at the wipro smart bulb in the month of April 2022 through Amazon.com. But unfortunately it has not been working from the month of July (end) and i have been trying the various phone number and contact given to me, But most of them seems to be inactive or not supported or not directions at all.

As I have bought the plug in the month of April only and still eligible to claim the 1 year warranty, i would like to claim it or get an refund for the purchase, which ever feasible. For the same, i would need the help to get the warranty before the duration expires.

Some one in the team contacted and in the mid of the conversation it got disconnected. He said he will give the list centres but never called back. It has been more than 7 days and I don't see any action
