Wipro — withdraw my pf balance

Dear sir/ madam,
I am monalisa panda was working with wipro bpo kolkata from 18th nov 2011 to 21 feb 2012. My employee id was 00523154. I have received my all due amount except my pf amount. That time i remember that my pf balance was deducted but while leaving i didn't received my pf balance, it is still due with wipro.
In view of the above i am enclosing my details of employment in wipro kindly check the attachment and view the details and please do the needful for me. While sending you mail to get the above pf balance am getting an error msg that [protected]@wipro.com only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list
