Wisdom Jobs — asked for money and make fake promise

I got a call [protected] i.e. wisdom jobs on 13th of august 2018, Monday at 2:40 pm and they started to ask about my personal details etc. They said that i had applied for 32 jobs through their portal which is too much and because of that my resume has gone down in the "list" that the recruiters see which is supposedly bad. So i said does that mean I shouldnt apply for jobs through their website to which she had no answer. After that they said they are paying top 10 to 15 companies to get candidates placed and after I make the payment of Rs 2360 their recruitment manager will call me at 4 pm to discuss and the next day I will get a call directly from the company and ill get the job. That easy.
They should atleast hire educated people if they want to run a scam.
What gives away their scam is
1. Their website is unprofessional and cluttered.
2. Their representatives are unprofessional.
3. Their promises and claims are outrageous.
4. Innumerable complaints against them on different forums on the internet.
5. A legitimate recruitment agency would never ask for money before they provide their service.
