Wisdom job taken money of 15, 0000 on the promise to get interview within two months. They had one lady being introduced as "recruiter client" and she comes back with different names (Ms. Ananys, ema, madhuri) and and keep extending the time line and dead lines. Ultimately wisdom job stop transferring the calls to the person who collected money and not responding to emails too.
When they took money they guarantee to get placed with in 2 months. I paid money in 1st week of july 2018, and now getting into 4th month, they have stopped not replying mails and not talking on phone.
If any one can advice to go to consumer court for cheating in the name of service?

I applied for job and i have been told to pay 150 dollars againa iaama reguired to pat 200 dollars and i am not informed which school i have got i applied for teaching post

I took above services from wisdom jobs in the month of july-2-2018. I was provided with a resume but i have received feedback from independent sources (I shared with a couple of my contacts on senior positions in other firms) and they were of the opinion that it is not up to the mark based on which i am not feeling satisfied.

Also, i am not happy with the way my resume is being shared with firms, each week i get an e-mail saying the resume has been forwarded to x companies (I have not received this mail for last 2 weeks.), however i have not received a single call from any of the employers based on this. Also the agents do not provide with a satisfactory answer when i call up.

I was also promised that there is a restricted access on your website which will be opened up once i make the payment and i will see hidden jobs which can not be viewed with free subscription and a person will help me create a good profile on the website, no such thing has happened till now.

When i received the call from wisdom jobs for getting paid subscription the agent told me that your company has many openings in jaipur and i will loose on the opportunity if i took services even a couple of days later, but once i made the payment i am the one who is doing all the follow up with your company. Feels as if you were only interested in getting paid.

It has been three months and i have not received a single interview call till date, how is this possible when your sales agent promised me many opportunities were waiting in the city of jaipur?

All this makes me feel as if i have been duped. Please help me out.

Adviser (Ms. Nisha) & many other members from wisdom jobs, subsequently, misguided me with several job offers for career change and provided false promise of refunding the amount of $520 within 15 days upon receive of same through credit card. I'm a doctor from Gurgaon..I planned to switch my job 1 month ago and unfortunately I took the help of Wisdom jobs after getting n number of calls from their customer care executive named Vaishnavi. She use to call me every now and then to convince me to join their services by paying an amount of Rs. 1180..I got trapped and paid them the amount. After that I didn't get any call from her. Thereafter I called her after 1 week that i'm not getting any job offers from their end, so she asked me to talk to her boss (a guy who's name I don't remember) and that guy told me that i'll have to pay Rs. 10000 more for my resume forwarding. We eventually agreed upon Rs. 5500 after he promised me that i'll get the full refund after i get a job either through them or on my own. And after that I didn't get any call from them..no job offer..nothing.
I soon realised that they had cheated on me. I asked them to refund my money but didn't get any response from Vaishnavi or her boss. I tried calling them again and again and then I had a word with a girl named Lekhya who was very rude and she straightaway told me that they won't refund the payback amount. it's so disappointing that this company is thriving even after doing such frauds with many people like me. Good afternoon.
Like many others, i too came across your company "wisdom jobs.com" and looked forward for an opportunity of better job resulting to better lifestyle. The reasons behind agreeing to take your (Means the company) services was to be away from the frauds and cheaters all around us. However, to my surprise i was unable to gather some preferable experiences from the company representatives. So, before it becomes too late i thought i should share my concerns with you and understand the policies of your company.
The concerns are as follows:-
1. The 1st call i received from your company was from ms. Sravani chintala, a very courteous call, she spoke about the services that the company would provide me. However, there has always been a contradiction of her statements, i. E.
* she said to get recruitment services in india i had to pay rs 4, 190 and for india cum abroad the prepaid service will cost me rs 6, 500. When i request her to send the same through email, she mentioned only 6, 500/-. She also mentioned that its a one time fee.
* on the day of my registration, she spoke about the gst charges and mentioned that i had to pay rs 7, 670. How can this happen and why was it not made clear in the very 1st email? On my request she again sent me a second email with the break up of rs 7, 670. Please find the attachment below, in support of the fact mentioned.
* in her email she quotes services are valid until you are placed physically in to the selected organization. Which she even highlights while speaking that the company with handhold the customer till he/she gets his/her preferable job.
However, the email sent by ms. Meghana mentions a contradictory statement this service is valid for 90 days
Why are they stating two different statements?
2.in sravani's email she qoutes between you and the end company there will not be any involvement of consultancies or placement agencies and also quotes we don’t market or share your resume with consultants or placement agents or 3rd party agents.
Which means that the company will connect me directly to the schools who have shown interest in my resume. Then how come i get a call from mr. Amith (This call was connected by ms. Sravani) who claims to be an overseas job recruiter. Would'nt he be considered as the third party?
* yesterday i received a call from mr. Amith, he briefed me regarding the available jobs in uae, though the names of the schools were not clear at all. He also informed me that i will have to appear in a written test and forward few documents for further process.in the evening i received a call from ms. Sravani and she again connects me to mr. Sanjay. He then first collects all information regarding my conversation with mr. Amith and then elaborates the same. He also mentions that i have to pay rs 12, 500 to the overseas recruiter, as caution deposit. When i refused to pay, he loses his temper and starts misbehaving. He says that he is not a salesman, he also mentions that to get jobs people now a days are paying in lakhs.
Is this the way you treat your customers? Why are the representatives only calling up and not sending the same through mails? If you have the policies of collecting money now and then, why don't you let the customer know it in the very 1st email? Why are you cheating the customer? How do your representatives misbehave when they are doing customer services?

My service was activated in April 2018 and since then they are just making excuses and have since not been able to provide single interview calls. They had taken a deposit money of Rs 9600 from me in April 2018 and claimed to place me in a company against the deposit money. They neither arranged any interview nor are they returning my money. I have requested them many times to cancel my service and return my money but they are forcefully keeping my money with them. Is that the business they are running?

HI I Dr Raghuman orthopaedic surgeon done registration & and paid $ 950 fee for whole.job process to get job in Burejeel Hospital in dubai one month back.The wisdom kob gulf office guys was approached me to to job offer in dubai.No proper updates about progress.Before registration.so.many calls from shiva sowmiya, and manager Mr Josphe (? Fake names) now i called so many times & emails but no response.i[censored] guys to contiinue this response
Pls update the job process atleast by emails.tx

Please refund my 1 lakh rupees, also i see no contact numbers are reachable now or invalid and the person spoc is no longer responding. Please refund my money which is 1 lakh not a small amount.

Also provide company address and proper telephone numbers.

And please report this issue to police or court and take necessary action against them so that nobody else in india should be doing this to anybody

This is very worst services as i am facing since last 5 months this is totally fake and cheating portal which is only making money from candidate.

As per nisha i have deposited the amount as per instruction and she is only playing a football last 5 month no one is bothered if you all are not interested than why asking deposit the money as employers interested your profile but till time just passing the mail see the trailing mail almost 54 mail is going on but no results this is the wisdom services.

I was approached by one mr suresh togra from wisdom jobs wherein he mentioned on the call that my resume has been shortlisted by some companies and if i avail of their services they would ensure that some interviews were set up - he kept on calling till i made the payment of 5500 rs - and he sent some emails explaining how the process works. It is going to be more than one month and there is no interview set up yet - and when there is no response to any email of phone now.
This is pure monetary dupe and mental harresment - when you know that a jobseeker is looking for a job how can you just take the money and flee!
There should be some strict action taken against this and i want my money refunded asap.

Its been already a week
No mail response no phone call after the payment and behaving vieordo...
And not packing up the call...
And day after day changing the plan... No fixed agreement...
And making huge promises
About the job in airlines.
And now the website is also been shutted off and even phone numbers are also being going out of coverage one after the other simultaneously.

This is to inform you that i had paid rs. 9200/- on 23rd august, 2016 vide order id no. Dzs[protected] towards registration of my daughter's name ms. Susanna raphael for job in dubai, uae.
Ms. Mounica had promised that within 45 days my daughter will have a job, she was making so many calls before we make the payment. After the payment was made her response changed completely. My daughter has not received a single call for interview. Now it is nearly a month. Right now she is in dubai and in urgent need of job in dubai, uae as her visa is getting expired next month. She has 7 years of experience in dubai and total 10 years.

I request you to please ask them to refund my hard earned money of rs. 9200/- vide cheque /dd in favour of mrs. Rita raphael. Please help.
