Wisdom Jobs — resume writing and linkedin

I am writing because i am extremely disappointed with the service that i received.
I already paid 413 dollars the 25th september to receive a resume, a cover letter and a review of my linkedin profile.
I just received the first draft of my resume and after that i was waiting 1 week to receive a revision (Because i sent an email to receive it because i was waiting with no news…) and they didn’t take into account all the points that i asked (I wrote everything in the resume on the side). They missed a lot of points! And my resume for example didn’t have any tittle… its a basic in a resume! After that i tried to call few times and i sent lot of emails without any answer!! Its already 1 month that i don’t have any news!
