Hi Team,

I was requested to do security deposit for Singapore VISA processing and will be refunded by 30May.
Due to my personal issues, I reached out on 12May as payment was done on 11May to cancel saying I will not be able to travel. There was no process done by that time.
Either they used to escape in attending the call or give reasons saying we will discuss and get back. Till today, none of them are confirming on the return of deposit or not responding to the call.

When we make in 30 seconds of the time they requested, why should I not get answer on refund date with process as it is not progressed. By delaying, they are coming back and saying we are in progress, etc when I have not shared the requested details for further processing.

Please suggest me on how the recover the security deposit done, when I updated at earliest with the personal problem.
