Wisdommart.in — Job offer

I have logged in shine.com on 22nd march 2017 and updated my profile to search a job change. The very next day (Ie. 23 march 2017), i got call from wisdommart.in from delhi. Mr. Rohit was on the otherside with job offer in india and abroad (Companies like adani, tata power, gasco ltd, dewa etc). After briefing he told me to remit a registration fee 5000, i denied for the first time and she forcefully convienced me somewat and asked me to pay 4500 at last followed by the registration at wisdommart.in. After payment she transferred to other guy Mr. Rahul Dixit who explained me the details and he asked me to open some other window in wisdommart.in and a page opened which was a payment gateway for rs.12500. He was saying it was for the document verification purpose, at this poing i denied to pay and asked for the refund of rs.4500. Then the guy's behaviour totally changed and he told its cannot be refunded (Became kind of rude) and asked me to read the refund policy. By the time i realized that i was cheated. Anyways i want my money back. Please help..
