I have ordered a backpack way in nov 2016 and have not received it till date(Apr 2017).
Have been calling them once in every week and they say that i would receive it after 23rd of month. And it has been 5 months now. Everytime i call them and ask they say the same thing. As if they are declaring Quarter results after 23rd.
I lost hope of getting my refund back even.
Worst thing is their call center guys who put call on hold for long time.

There are many people or customers who have been cheated by this company. I want every1 to come together to fight against this company. I have already raise the complaint in the " Cyber Crime Branch" and soon action will be taken against them. u can reply me on my complaint and give ur suggestion.
