Wise Mart — Product not received | |||||
I placed an order for a Bluetooth Home Audio Speaker (5.1 Channel) on Jan. 28, 2017 wherein there was a scheme of me receiving a GIFT of Samsung 42" LED. The payment was made thru my Credit Card. After continuous follow-up with the Customer Care Dept, all that I recd was my Order Details. There is no mention of the delivery / shipment / tracking details. Each time I call about the delivery of the product and the gift, they are giving diff. excuses. The kind of feedback and the way they talk over the phone gives an impression that this company is fake and are duping numerous customers who are not aware of them. I have made payment to Wisemart through Payment ID:[protected] and Merchant Order ID: 9f65fddece651d1f7190
of Rs 5999/- on dated 02.02.2017 for purchase of LG MS2021CW 20 L Solo Microwave Oven(White) vide wisemart order no 49190.
Sir till date could not able to get dispatch status of my product.Inspite off
regular followup with customer care of Wisemart no proper feedback
got from Wise Mart.
The kind of feedback and the way they talk over the phone gives an impression that this company is fake and are duping numerous customers who are not aware of them.
