Wise Mart Complaints & Reviews

I booked a laptop on 30 January 2017 worth rupees 36, 400. But the product has not yet been delivered to me. The transaction details and features of laptop are as follows:-

Lenovo Flex[protected]inch Laptop (Core i3-4030U/4GB/500GB/Win 8.1/Integrated Graphics), Graphite Grey

Even after several remainders i haven't got the product so far.

On 30th January 2017, I got a call from Mr Raj Saxena...

I have ordered a backpack way in nov 2016 and have not received it till date(Apr 2017).
Have been calling them once in every week and they say that i would receive it after 23rd of month. And it has been 5 months now. Everytime i call them and ask they say the same thing. As if they are declaring Quarter results after 23rd.

I lost hope of getting my refund back even.

Worst thing is their call center...
