They asked me to send the ID proof for continuing with my account. I sent them around 10 times but still, the account is restricted. I have wish cash in the wallet, which cannot be used until they release my account.

I am facing the same issue. One one hand Wish.com is stooping operations from 1st March and in other hand blocking clients from placing order. I even can't ask for refund for the things which are failed to deliver.
Please let me know if you get any resolution on it.
