They asked me to send the ID proof for continuing with my account. I sent them around 10 times but still, the account is restricted. I have wish cash in the wallet, which cannot be used until they release my account....

On 21october2018 time 7:52 pm (IST) i have done online purchase on app called WISH and during payment time they were not accepting my card so i paid the amount of 414 through Paytm and after that when i saw my order history it was empty but the amount was deducted from my account.on next day i mailed them they told me that no money was received by them.they are denying of any payment i made to their site.
now after having coversation...

Worst shopping app.. Now I doubt if wish has no intention to deliver my products.. No customer care number to contact.. I wasted Rs1000 on wish .I will raise this to consumer Court.. This type of apps must be banned at least in India
Rs1000 products(paid using credit card) ordered 50days ago..Till now no updates received or no products delivered to me. When I sent a query then I got a response that I need to wait for another 30days..br...

that time company committed to delivery date is 13 Feb todays is19feb I have not received any information about my order or delivery I had sent the many Emails to company but still not received any satisfy answer so please help me in same...

I had ordered for few things online on geek the online web site company in january 2016 and received only 1 item and that also damaged and since january last I am asking for refund of the order which they had cancelled and not delivered, there was a reply from Mr Bains and asked for the details of my card i sent them the image of the statement and since then there is no reply from them and no refund of my money.
please help me out...
