Wishfin — Documents not processed by you

Dear sir/madam
I purchased a sip policy of bajaj alianz future gain on 16th july from one of your team member named Mr Vikas.

Even the physical verification has been done but i haven't received the soft copy of the policy.

When i contacted directly to the company they are saying my documents are not processed by you.

Kindly look into this matter and solve my problems
