Wishingone — n-73 supplied not working

I purchased a mobile phone via online from wishingone my order no was w[protected], i received the calls from company side several times for confirmation of order and i received the order after around a week. On receival of order i after a day on charging the mobile set inserting a sim card and tried to put on the mobile but to my shock it didnt switched on till today, i took a advise of a mobile repairer who even tried to switch it on but to no avail he even said this product looks like a duplicate one, one should never buy online from such company's, its a request to wishingone to refund my money, the person from blue dart who delivered the product his phone number is not reachable no sooner product were delivered [protected].
