Wishingone — defective philips power bank received | |||||
I bought a Philips power bank (order no. W[protected] through online shopping the site address is www.wishingone.com, they confirmed the order and promised to give the good quality product with free Samsung Bluetooth on cash on delivery. The product was delivered on 20th January 2018 but the power bank was found defective (not in working/charging condition). The provided company number is not in service. Therefore please provide the company address details and good quality of Philips power bank with exchange of defective. Kindly register the complaint and do the needful, as soon as possible.
