Wishingone — wrong product received

I was orderd philips powerbank with samsung blutooth free in ''wishingone'' website without any login the order was confermed .althouh i was receved that item worth of 999 rs but the receving item was very poor quality it is very duplicate, i dont have any return option from these website and they are not resronding and ignor me, what ia saying that website is fake or not, why did you not respond and without login andtaking any information how can they conformed item with only with phone call conformation, they send item with BLUDORT service with out from adress, if you could ordered item this site defnetly you will receve wrong item please notify my complaint
