I have online ordered power bank product on 27.11.2017 after checking google mobile advertisement. I v booked poerbank 30000 mah where philips company product expected as per their commitment. Today on 4.12.2017 received the product. Paid 1100 rs for the same. Product is not working. Its fohnd that producg is not in working condition and no company label fojnd. Want my money back as the product is faulty.

I buy a Philips 30000 mAh power bank with free Bluetooth by rs 1099. But after opening the box, I found no bluthooth and not functioning power bank by recharging it. I also try to search their office address but in vein. Please help me so that I may take action against them. My order number is WO [protected]
