Wittycart — worthless product and refund issue

I have ordered an item (Invoice number: wc101527) on 02/04/2019 and got it delivered on 05/04/2019 through bluedart (Waybill no: [protected]). But the product was not satisfied and i sent multiple emails to return it and i am not getting any response from them.
Can some one please help me on this.

Updated by Madhusudhan Reddy Yerragudi I got a call from [protected] and saying if I provide my bank card details along with expiry date and cvv then they will make a card to card payment.
