WLC College — Refund on Entrance

Hi, I am complaining because I had paid my hard earn money of 25000 as entrance fees for MBA seat. I was not inform of anything and took my signatures on the form of pages which one cannot read it all. I have not appeared for the course since after discussion with family about the course loan and requested WLC to refund my entrance fees of 25000. But they refuse to return and said you can appear for the course as we will provide you seat and entrance fees is non refundable. I did not said anything and return. For all this year I am thinking my money was wasted there as it should be return since I have not appeared for the course.
