WLC College — Security Deposit Refund

My sister Essa Mitra completed her MBA in 2011 from Kolkata with a back log which cleared I. 2012. There was a security deposit charged of 10k by he college saying it is refundable on successful completion of the course. they also assured placements which was not provided. When we approached the college for the refund of the security deposit of 10k, they said you need to wait till a year after completion of course (which is no where mentioned in the T&C). However we waited till Sept13 and then contacted the college with a letter and stuff but no one is paying any heed. My husband has been visiting the college so many times but they keep saying it will be done this week. Now it is Dec end. Still the amount is stuck with them. we are begging for our own money. I[censored] contact Noida office no response. I have mailed them in contact us, then filled the complaints form from their website but seems all is gone down the drain. Really a fraud college. They said placements would be provided but nothing was done. My sister waited for 8months then got a job on her own.
