Purchased dell adaptor for 15 7572 laptop. Instead of giving 65 watt adaptor, i was sent a 45 watt adaptor. The product specifications in their website also does not mention that it is 45 or 65 watt. After complaint., they blamed it as my mistake and asked to pay for the delivery fir replacement. Was this information helpful? |
