We are using 'glaritus insulin pen', for last one year appx. Each pen has about 300 units. After, using about 200 units, the button for pressing becomes hard. After using about 210/220 units, it becomes almost impossible to inject & the medicine goes waste & we have to use a new pen. So, in every pen, about 1/3rd to 1/4th medicine goes waste. This has happened mote than 15/25 times & without any exception. I feel that this is due to defective design/make.

Please advice, what to do.
