My mother mrs veena shrikant kate had been operated for total knee replacement surgery (Right knee) on 14th or 15th april, 2016.
The hospital papers of surgery have been stolen along with some other things and hence her uhid is not available.
We need the certificate of her total knee replacement of right knee. We have booked flights for january-2019.
Please send the certificate on the address of the patient recorded in hospital. It's urgent.

    We are seating here since last one and half hour, waiting for doctor bhumi dave, with the patient, but doctor is out of vision.
    The attandent said that the doctor is in round. What is the time for waiting for the doctor? Is she is really on round? How much we have to wait here? Any formula or any timings? Please take suitable actions against such doctors.
    We are in wockhardt hospital, rajkot.

      My wife mrs archana nitin fulzele ipid 5596 uhid whn2.[protected] was admitted to your wockhardt hospital nagpur super sepciality branch. Between 13 aug 2018 to 21 aug 2018. The total bill drawn on me was rs 92188 under cashless mediassist tpa
      Your billing section charged me rs 24012 stating that it was non payable under cashless claim. At the time of discharge rs 14012 was paid by me and rs 10000 was deposited at the time of admission. As per my tpa rs 85608 is approved and paid to you on 20 sept 2018 the non payable amount is only 6580 out of that rs. 2647 is hospital discount
      When i approach to hospital on 02 oct 2018 to ask about refund of amount which i paid in excess to hospital i come to know that the approved amount by tpa is yet to received by hospital but as per my tpa it is already paid by neft to hospital on 20 sept 2018 well before 10 days. Now it is my doubt to whom i asked about my refund amt i e rs 19899
      Kindly let me know about my query and resolve my complain

        Date of admission of patient 28/06/18 date of discharge 30 june 18 at the time of admission we had deposited 15000 rs as per there rule where as I have mediclaim After discharge will give me only 1100 Rs after discussions with concern team commit us to provide refund amount on Monday 2 july18 rs 5675/- it means for one month used my money without intrest and till date nobody response n commit to give my refund amount . Hence I suggest to my all friends and relatives to plz don't addmit patients at wolkhaeart.

          My registration no. 232650 came for executive health checkup today. Everything went good but when came for dental check up it frustrated much.. It's more than an hour we are waiting for dentist but no dentist id available in this department.. Same is the case with registration no.232645 & 232649 also. All are waiting for more than hour.. Being a reputed organization people do not hope for this careless attitude. Please look into this. Thanks.

          TPA claim department not paid this because in this hospital bill mentioned Assistant surgeon charges not justified which is not payble and wheather surgery need this assistant surgeon or not what is role of that.

            I had been admitted to ur miraroad hospital on 15 nov & discharged on 19 nov, i cleared all my dues through cashless insurances policy, during discharged they told my depoisted money will be refunded to my bank account in 45 days... Its 3 months past i had visited thrice to ur hosptal, ur insurances staff rudely spoke, she told its not her work to refund, when asked who to talk she gave a mobile no [protected] name kruitka, when i called her on 10 feb sat it was switched off... When i inquired again with ur staff, she told she is on leave she will come back with in week... I didnt the language ur staf[censored]ses that too we are not begging for our money... Its all most 3 months...

              Nurse said to serious patient remove shirt n jacket for echo test, patient wait for 2 hrs n his daughter requested to give water bottle to the patient. Three sisters who were sitting there didn't response. Rather helping these three sisters started arguing with the patient and daughter such inhuman behaviour happened with that patient who has 2 consecutive attacks.

                This is to inform that dr. Mangala patil was treating doctor for me. I have never seen such an irresponsible doctor. She never had time for me to explain my condition and my treatment.. She never informed me that my haemoglobin level was less and water level was high in my uterus and both the symptoms are so crucial in case of pregnancy. I have sufferred a lot for almost 8 months under her treatment. Due to her ignorance i missed one important sonography date. I have all the records and if any risk occurs to me or my expected child. I will initiate legal actions against the doctor. And wockhard hospital.
                I was having weakness and dizziness since once month and she never took it seriously nor treated me for the same. Finally i was admitted in the hospital for 1 day and for just treated withe 2 bottle of glucose and charged around rs. 12300/-. The worst part was that my health condition never improved after the hospitalisation it became more worst and now i have changed the doctor and we go to know that the dizziness was due to less haemoglobin level.
                This third category treatment was not expected under the brand of wockhardt hospital.

                  I was admitted in the mira road branch hoapital for a perianal abscess surgery.

                  When we first asked for the approximate cost for operation the senior staff mr. Nitin told us the cost would be around 22-23 k.

                  We agreed to it and got admitted for the surgery. I was admitted on saturday 1.30pm and got discharged on next day sunday 2.00 pm.

                  The strange part is. I received an sms on my mobile on saturday midnight from wockhardt hospitals saying that the total billing till today midnight is 17k.

                  The next morning when my father want to billing department he was handed over a bill of 46 k. We were shocked. How come the estimated cost went so high and how come over night the cost from 17k went up to 46 k?

                  We called mr. Nitin and he spoke to the billing department and suddenly they give us a bill of 31k. Saying we gave 15k discount?

                  The 31k bill was still high according to us as the estimated cost was 23k.

                  When we inspected the bill. There were multiple items like consumables billed multiple times. (Whereas i remembere that haven't used any of those items example skin blade billed 6 times) i wonder how may hair did they remove?

                  All together feeling looted and cheated.
                  Completely unhappy. The trust in the brand is no longer left. 😡

                    Sir/madam,
                    This is the case of damage caused by your hospital maruti van (Mh-26-e-0408) to my maruti swift (Mh-49-b-4641) on dated 26th june at 11.00 am in front of main gate of wokckhardt heart hospital, nagpur.
                    On 26th june at 11.00 am, i have visited with my mother sau. Mayabai palatkar for her regular check up under dr. Jagtap & for dropping her, stopped my vehicle on road side in front of main gate of hospital and same time, your hospital vehicle (Maruti van mh-26-e-0408) was parked by van driver (Photo of driver is enclosed) inside the gate of hospital carelessly in neutral gear without locking the handbreak & keeping the vehicle without any gear. Due to this carelessness of van driver, unmanned vehicle rushed behind in speed & collapsed on my vehicle which was standing to much away from main gate of hospital and heavely damaged the left side of my car. Security of hospital & other peoples rushed for avoiding the further casulty & security called the administrator shri prasad upasani, who is seating in wokckhardt hospital, shankarnagar, nagpur & he has inspected the damage & photo of damage are also taken by him & he has assured me the problem will be
                    Resolved soon after discussion with sr. Administrator & calling the contractor of vehicle. But till date no action has been taken from your side and problem is taken as grated.
                    It is requested that to look into the matter at an earliest otherwise i am free to go into the consumer forum/police.

                      I had purchased some medicines worth rs.2000 from wockhardt pharmacy (Mira road) prescribed by the doctor in wockhardt. But later i came to know i am pregnant and couldn't take those prescribed medicines, so the very next day i went to return the medicines with valid bill of purchase but nobody is ready to refund my money and forcing to buy something else on behalf it. If this how wockhardt works then i would never recommend anyone and insist to buy medicines from local pharmacy who are more helpful and supportive.
                      Please look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

                        Hi - I underwent a surgery at Wockhardt Mira Road. I was given an estimate of 78000 and additional 15000 in case any additional tests are required.
                        Additional tests cost was only 1800 which i paid in cash. So ideally my bill should have been 78000 only. I was admitted in hospital for 3 days. On the day of discharge i was given a bill of 190000 with an excuse that they forgot to include charges of one surgery in the initial estimate. They even tried to shift the blame on me saying that i should be aware of the cost of such procedure!!!
                        Finally they shifted the blame on Doctor saying that his prescription was not correct. In short, this hospital is a fraud. Please consider other options before going to Mira Road Wockhardt.

                          Dear Sirs,

                          I would like to place my grievance as under:

                          I got an appointment for Wellness medical health check up package for women costing Rs.5200/- for 25th feb 2017. We were only 03 ladies.

                          Reporting time was 8.15 am. All fasting tests were completed by 9.45 a.m. The breakfast came late - 45 minutes after the tests!

                          At 10.30 we were told that the next test will be at 12.30 pm.
                          Post parandal blood tests were done at 12.45 pm. Thereafter Only one test remained i.e. pap smear test for which, the receptionist kept us waiting for 2 hours from 12.30p.m we were told that doctor is gone to operation lab. And it may take two hours. I.e. 2.30 pm to undertake this test.

                          At 2.30 pm, the receptionist informed us that due to some undisclosed reason, the said test cannot be done.

                          The concerned receptionist requested us to take appointment for the next week. I was given appointment for Tuesday, 28.02.2017 at 10.30 am

                          On 28.02 again from 10.30 to 12.20 pm I was kept waiting for pap smear test, after which I was directed to the Madam incharge, Ms. Sonali.

                          But Sonali failed to resolve the issue. Eventually, my leave was a waste because of this - I could have attended my office instead.

                          When I asked for all the reports for the tests already done, they refuse to give unless i meet the Gynaecologist.

                          The Wellness receptionist asked me take fresh appointment to meet the Gynaecologist with all the reports. Again appointment was given for 11th March at 11.30 am. However, I could not get leave from my office for the obvious reason that we can't leave On and off as we want, which I trust you will agree.

                          The wellness receptionist didn't have the courtesy to check why I didn't come for the check up!!

                          I request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate remedial measures especially to RE-DO ALL THE TEST WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES AS THREE WEEKS HAVE ELAPSED AFTER THE INITIAL TESTS and handover the relevant reports.

                            "naam bade aur darshan khote" very below standard hospital. I visited this because of serious headache and other issues. Mr. Vaibhav agrawal a general physician seems to have some special vision with which even without taking a blood pressure i was suggested to go for ecg and 2d eco tests (Which is like suggesting x-rays and ct scan both, 2d eco was not even required) and also to consult cardiologist. He declared to my husband that i m not having any problem, just we will have to do few tests, i found it quite magical that how can someone diagnose without even any sort of check-up not even pulse, bp, not even a stethoscope? Is he some saint or antaryami baba is really a big puzzle. Second part was most terrible, in the ecg and 2d eco lab there is no lady doctor, patients are suggested to remove the cloths and gents perform the tests even on ladies. This is really most pathetic thing i have ever witnessed in my life. So i did not go for the test as there were no ladies and i found it unethical. The charges for consultation rs. 425/-, that too fake consultation by useless fellow.

                              I have opted for comprehensive package for bones health check up from wockhardt hospital mira road paid in advance. Took prior the appointment on 17.08.2016 at 9.30a. M but still found that after taking blood sample fro cbc test they said doctor is not available till 2p. M. Orthopedic patient can't sit too long still they don't make arrangement of another doctor. Next day again i went doctor i was about to wait for an hour then doctor came. It was too much painful for me to sit for so long. Still managed any how as i have made the payment for check up in advance. They have included orthopedic doctor's consultation in the same package and when doctor has suggested 3 xrays they have asked for the 2xrays. When i asked for terms and conditions framed by the organisation they have started fooling me and wasted my time from one room to another. But no result found. If you were right you should have shown your terms & conditions resolution to patients when it's been asked. Don't cheat on the name of discount and camps. Make your management proper. Poor people can't afford such things. Orthopedic patients are been treated pathetically at your hospital. Do care about patient other wise long run no one will come at your organisation. Still reports are not given to me. Full ill treatment. Would never suggest anyone to go for the same

                                The person seating for giving medicine at dispensary of wockhardt hospital nasik is very poor. They are working as like as they are doing obligation on the people standing on counter. And if opposes by customers just giving back prescription by telling medicine not available. Concern department required to take attention in this area for customers satisfaction.

                                  My name is Zair Sayed and I had admitted my mother in wockhardt hospital. The room cost is Rs 5000K/ Day and i dont find it worth. The services provided was thrd class. There were no proper air conditioner Colling in the room. I had to ask almost 6 times and it was not fixed on the same day. The room services is also poor. I have asked for room spray as the rooms and bathroom stinks very bad.
                                  All together I will say it's not worth. Instead I wil prefer another hospital next time.

                                    Admitted my father on 3 sharing room which cost 2000/days,
                                    After i asked for single room which cost 5000/day,
                                    They said that if you upgrade then you will have to pay 5000/day from the day one.
                                    I don't understand how is this logical?
                                    They are saying sir it is a management rule we cant do anything!!!

                                    This is how management guys are being trained?

                                    Please don't fool customer, may be once he will pay when it is urgent,
                                    But next time they will think 1000 time before coming to your hospital.
                                    And they will share this story with everyone

                                      Sir I had got my father in law Mr chandrasen Fathnani age 69 nine yrs to workhard hospital on 30 June 2015 on reference of Dr Meera Jadhav the patient was suffering from high blood pressure and breathlessness and had a problem of not been able to pass out urine which we were told required dialysis. We took him directly to emergency and after primary checkup doctors present refused to admit him and doc Wagh who was supposed to attend him was no where in picture.and in a very delicate health condition we had to take him to another hospital

                                        My Father was admitted for bilateral knee replacement in wockhardt hospital, Miraroad wherein total estimated cost given was Rs 1.75 Lacs for Operation, Bed & pharmacy charges and Implants cost quoted by doctor was Rs 80000 per implant, Hence total cost for bilateral knee replacement was Rs 3.35 Lacs apprx My Father was admitted and operation was sucessfully done by Dr Abhijeet Savale who was very very good throught the tenor But Post completion of operation, I started experiencing worst & terrible services 1) Only 2 Staff were available at Night who were only nursing staff (RMO was not available throughout the night on every day and life of patients were like BHAGWAN BHAROSE 2) 2 Staff at night were bluntly saying we are facing shortage of staff at Hospital and total 16-20 patients are already admitted and cant attend every patients 3) Emergency bell being ranged were attended after 15-30 mins 4) I spoke to the Admin manager and raised my concern, He also said the same story that staff o[censored]mrao hospital is being transferred to Wockhardt and hence they are not been able to cater the patients due to shortage of staff 5) Post Operation, Operated leg was pulled by Housekeeping staff / Ward Boy that my fathers muslcles were stretched and he was feeling terrible pain for almost 2 days 6) Due to mistake of housekeeping staff, Medicines worth Rs 15000 were used by doctors which were not included in package and i was forced to pay the same 7) Total Package for Bilateral knee replacement was Rs 3.35 Lacs and they have charged Rs 2.63 Lacs for unilateral knee replacement 8) I am being overcharged by almost Rs 50000 (Rs 15000 for medicines which were used due to mistake of ward boy and Rs 30000 against implants -- total cost of implant quoted was Rs 80000 by doctor and Bill charged is Rs 110000) Request you to help me to get refund of overcharged money and compensation for terrible services
