Pada 27/3/2023 Saya sekeluarga pergi melawat persakit di wad, masa menglawat terlepas 10:00pm, sebab Bapa persakit kerja balik lambat. pihak hospital security ada tugas untuk beritau Kita masa sudah lepas, tapi bukan menghalau kami keluar, Kita customer (orang) bukan anjin, Persila jangan guna menghalau.
Hari kedua 28/3/2023 pada pukul 10:20 sama seorang security (shafiq), Dia datang tak sopan langsung, datang terus bukan tarik bilik pintul halau sekeluarga keluar, lagi ambil telephone rakam, ambil gambar! Kita ada buat hal ke? Nak tannya pihak hospital Ini lah sikap yang perlu ada pada pekerja security Anda ke?
Saya harap pihak hospital fokus pada sikap security pekerja Ini.

    Mintak pihak hospital tambah skop kerja staff di lobby baru. Atas sbb makanan ayah sy hilang pada 7hb pagi sy mintak pihak hospital mendengar pendapat sy. Staff di lobby perlu membantu staff ward utk bawak barang2 atau makanan pesakit dari lobby ke ward. Staff ward sibuk, xblh nak buat byk kerja dlm 1 masa. Sy xkisah pasal makanan hilang tapi disebabkn sy nampak staff di lobby trlampau ramai berborak santai trmasuk guard, sdgkn makanan pesakit lain masih ada dimeja yg disediakan di luar lobby dri pukul 12:30-2:30 dibiarkan diluar tidak dihantar ke ward!

      Call klinik Dr Noriman pagi ni untuk tukar tarikh appoinment, staff yang menjawab call sangat2 tidak mesra pelanggan. Call klinik banyak kali baru dapat sambung. Bila minta tukar tarikh ke hari ini, staff tersebut tanya kenapa tidak call semalam lagi, saya dah beritahu bahawa saya dah call dari semalam, tapi panggilan tidak di jawab. staff terlalu banyak menyoal. harap staff tersebut lebih mesra pelanggan seperti klinik2 yg lain. bukan kali pertama buat rawatan di kpj seremban. staff di klinik DR Rosy, DR Yeap, DR Jefrey semua sangat2 friendly dan mesra..

        Bad experience pagi ni. Park kereta di open car park jam 7.40 pagi. Selepas urusan selesai, laluan keluar kena block dengan 3 lapisan kereta. First time berurusan dengan kpj kajang dan terus dapat bad experience. Minta counter kpj buat announcement untuk inform owner yg park di belakang untuk alih sekejap tapi tunggu 1 jam tuan punya kereta tak datang. Last sekali tinggalkan kereta terus dan sebelah petang cuba datang semula. Harap kereta tak kena block lagi untuk keluar. Kebanyakkan yang parking di kawasan situ adalah staff kpj seremban, itu yang saya dapat maklumat tadi. Apalah punya attitude, no telepon pun tak tinggalkan walaupun ada notis pemberitahuan untuk berbuat demikian.

          Pcr test suppost start from 2pm . Wait until 2.30 then got nurse start work . After given information . Im the 1st want . Still needed to wait for half hour after key in information . Try to wait for others then start work . So bad for tis speed in private hospital .

            Anak saya dikatil 319 sri selasih. Admitted kerana denggi sejak rabu malam. Keadaan di ward aya telah melapurkan kpd kakitangan dan mengikut kata mereka sudah banyak complaint tentang masaalah aircond tp masaalah tetap tidak dpt diselesaikan oleh pihak maintenance. Mengikut kata mereka ianya bersangkutan dgn bangunan baru yg sedang dlm binaan. Saya merasa kecewa dgn keadaan ini kerana sebagai hospital swasta yg menerima bayaran yg tinggi perkara kecil seperti ini tidak patut berlarutan. Harap pihak pengurusan dpt melihat dgn lebih terperinci masaalah ini. Utk pengetahuan pihak tuan bukan saya seorang yg complaint utk masaalah ini malahan katil didepan saya dan dari bilik lain jgk ade berjumpa dgn kakitangan pihak tuan melapurkan masaalah yg sama.                 I had also gone through an offer letter in the name of KPJ seremban hospital offering a job as Medical Reasearch Officer with a monthly salary o[censored]SD 7200 and other allowances.It was quite confusing that such an offer from a hospital without any proper interview is real or fake.One international online questionnare was send to me by them.

                          This seems to be very interesting. I have been offered a position by a Logistics company in Malaysia and the offer letter has exactly the same wording as has been shown above. The same gentleman has been recomended at Ministry of foreign affairs. I spoke to him and he advised to write a mail.
                          Prompt reply was received asking to deposit 1420$. On further enquiry the account number was given of one bureau officer in the axis bank here in Panihati, West Bengal. The amount needs to be deposited in Cash.
                          This is totaaly a fake racket going on in Malaysia and plz dont pay heed to dese haux mails..itz a racket sacm

                            Specific anticipated duties are assignments based on the Company needs and

                            2.3 In providing these services, the Employee shall lease, maintain good
                            relations with the staff of Seremban Specialist Hospital and consults with the
                            personnel admin. On matters relevant to their responsibilities. The Employee
                            shall provide the services described in Clause 2 to the standard, which the

                            2.4 The Company shall pay by the end of the month on satisfactory performance

                            First thing how you got this offer letter because it seems to be fake. I have enquired with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board and other sources.

                            1. Other nationals cannot work as pharmacist in Malaysia, to work means either you should be a Malaysian or your wife should be malayisan. We cannot be a registered pharmacist here as like other countries.
                            Here, hundreds of Indians are working in the universities and colleges, if foreigner can work means most of the people who are from india will go for hospital pharmacists.
                            2. Except BHU, Varanasi and Nagpur University, Nagpur other universities are not accredited or approved by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.
                            3. The salary mentioned is very high one, generally no hospitals will give for pharmacists initially.
                            4. Generally, offer letter are in black ink only not in color and the whole document alignment is not justified.

(B) Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all employees by the company’s laundry and dry cleaning unit.
                            2.12. TELECOMMUNICATION/INTERNET FACILITIES: There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred. Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service Providers in Malaysia, but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Location.

                            (a) Any claim made against the Employee;

                            FAMILY STATUS ARRANGEMENTS: Family status arrangements can only be applied after at least three (3) months of service.                             2.15 The employee shall be obliged to act professionally, honestly, diligently and with due care in performing the services under this Agreement.
                            2.16 The Employee shall not accept any remuneration from any other source for services of the same nature as those provided under this Agreement without the express prior approval of the MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG).

                            3. CONFIDENTIALITY
                            3.1 The Employee acknowledges that in the course of providing the services to MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) he/she will acquire confidential information, including any information relating to:
                            (I) Personal information of any of the employees, and
                            (ii) The business practices, techniques or methods of operation of the Company.
                            3.2 The Employee shall not during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter divulge to any person any such confidential information except in the proper course of his/her duties or use or attempt to use any such confidential information in any manner which may injure or cause loss either directly or indirectly to the Company or its business or may be likely to do so.

                            3.3. CLAIMS/ENTITLEMENTS: All reimbursement on expenses associated with this job/contract engagement process will be made along side with your relocation expenses and travel allowances payment before your travel for the commencement of work. . Such expenses include cost of obtaining medical certificate; Immunization/shots in the case were an expatriate gets such service from a special or personal doctor.                             TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
                            6.1 The Company may terminate this agreement by giving one month’s written notice in any of the following circumstances:
                            (I) The employee dies or becomes unable to perform their duties due to
                            Illness of incapacity;
                            (ii) The employee is convicted of an offence, which affects the performance of His/her duties;
                            (iii) The employee acts in a way, which MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG), considers materially prejudicial to its business or reputation or interests of its members:
                            (iv) The employee fails to perform the services expeditiously, with reasonable diligence and in a competent manner:
                            (v) The employee commits or permits any breach of the terms of this agreement and fails to remedy the: Breach within 14 days of receiving notice in writing from the MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) requiring the breach to be remedied.
                            (vi) The employee commits any breach of Clause 3.2 whether such breach is committed intentionally or not:
                            (vii) The employee commits an act of bankruptcy or makes or enters into any arrangement.
                            6.2 The employee may terminate this agreement by giving one month’s written notice to, MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG).
                            6.3 Where this agreement is terminated by notice by the Employer or the employee, the Company shall have the option of electing that the employee ceases providing the services immediately or at any time during the notice period without affecting the Company obligation to continue paying the employee remuneration until expiry of the notice period.

                            FAMILY STATUS ARRANGEMENTS: Family status arrangements can only be applied after at least three (3) months of service. The Application of family status arrangement indicates that an expatriate will be entitled to a free visa and airfare for his wife or spouse or any other family member, which is to be provided by the Company. (B) Expatriates who intend to travel with their wife/spouse within the first three (3) months of employment engagement will have the cost of visa and air fare being borne by them and can only be reimburse by the Company for embarking on his/her to resuming duties.

                            2.15 The employee shall be obliged to act professionally, honestly, diligently and with due care in performing the services under this Agreement.

                            2.16 The Employee shall not accept any remuneration from any other source for services of the same nature as those provided under this Agreement without the express prior approval of the MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG).



                            3. CONFIDENTIALITY

                            3.1 The Employee acknowledges that in the course of providing the services to MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) he/she will acquire confidential information, including any information relating to:

                            (I) Personal information of any of the employees, and

                            (ii) The business practices, techniques or methods of operation of the Company.

                            3.2 The Employee shall not during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter divulge to any person any such confidential information except in the proper course of his/her duties or use or attempt to use any such confidential information in any manner which may injure or cause loss either directly or indirectly to the Company or its business or may be likely to do so.



                            3.3. CLAIMS/ENTITLEMENTS: All reimbursement on expenses associated with this job/contract engagement process will be made along side with your relocation expenses and travel allowances payment before your travel for the commencement of work. . Such expenses include cost of obtaining medical certificate; Immunization/shots in the case were an expatriate gets such service from a special or personal doctor. Cost of obtaining Job Contract Engagement papers. Cost of employment authorization documents/ and Travelling Documents if found satisfactorily committed. A prove of payment in form of an official receipt will facilitates a prompt reimbursement of all claims/expenses

                            3.4 MOBILIZATION: Employee should obtain your residence and employment authorization document to indicate his/her readiness/seriousness to the Employment Offer. One month’s salary shall be paid before Employee embarks on journey to assume duty. This is to enable Employee settle all domestic needs before travel. As such, no excuse will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. All payment of salary after assumption of duty shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in Malaysia. 75% of your salary will be paid into your offshore account while the Remaining 25% will be paid into your local account here in Malaysia. The local account will be opened as soon as you arrive for duty. The 25% will be paid into your local account here in Malaysia, which will assist you to cover some, various expenses you will be making for yourself.



                            4. YOUR OBLIGATION AS A NEW EMPLOYEE

                            You are required to present an Employment Registration Certificate and Registration Card, which must be procured from the (MFA) Ministry of Foreign Affairs here in Malaysia, As this is in line with sub-section 12.3 Article1 1.42 of the Malaysia Lng Sdn Bhd (MLNG) Constitutional policy and code of conduct which you must adhere to Below is the contact information of the (MFA) which you are to contact immediately to obtain an Employment Registration Certificate and Registration Card. Below is the contact information of the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs which you are to contact immediately for the procurement of your Employment Registration Certificate and Registration Card. All employees are expected to bear the cost of the procurement of their Employment Registration Card and Registration Certificate, because this will enable Malaysia Lng Sdn Bhd (MLNG) to provide free visa on confirmation of the Employment Registration Certificate and Registration Card...

                            Kindly contact the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs immediately for the procurement of your Employment Registration Card and Registration Certificate.



                            Note that failure to provide the Employment Registration Certificate and Registration Card on or before 15th day of August 2012, could be considered to mean your lack of readiness to resuming with the Company and unwillingness to abide with Malaysian Public/work safety Guideline, and will result to the nullification of the Appointment offer. MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) will sponsor your visa, work and resident permit papers to enable you arrive Malaysia on confirmation of the Employment Registration Certificate and Registration Card from the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.





                            5. PUBLICITY

                            5.1 The Employee shall not make (and shall procure that his/her/its employers, contractors and agents do not make) any press or other public announcement concerning any aspect of this agreement, or make any use of the name of the Company or any of its employees, contractors or agents in any publication or otherwise in connection with this agreement, without the prior written consent of MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG)



                            TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

                            6.1 The Company may terminate this agreement by giving one month’s written notice in any of the following circumstances:

                            (I) The employee dies or becomes unable to perform their duties due to

                            Illness of incapacity;

                            (ii) The employee is convicted of an offence, which affects the performance of His/her duties;

                            (iii) The employee acts in a way, which MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG), considers materially prejudicial to its business or reputation or interests of its members:

                            (iv) The employee fails to perform the services expeditiously, with reasonable diligence and in a competent manner:

                            (v) The employee commits or permits any breach of the terms of this agreement and fails to remedy the: Breach within 14 days of receiving notice in writing from the MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) requiring the breach to be remedied.

                            (vi) The employee commits any breach of Clause 3.2 whether such breach is committed intentionally or not:

                            (vii) The employee commits an act of bankruptcy or makes or enters into any arrangement.

                            6.2 The employee may terminate this agreement by giving one month’s written notice to, MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG).

                            6.3 Where this agreement is terminated by notice by the Employer or the employee, the Company shall have the option of electing that the employee ceases providing the services immediately or at any time during the notice period without affecting the Company obligation to continue paying the employee remuneration until expiry of the notice period.



                            7. THE AGREEMENT

                            7.1 This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous contracts, written and verbal, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

                            7.2 Neither party may assign their obligations nor rights under this agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written consent of the other party.

                            7.3 No waiver of any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision.

                            7.4 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this agreement.

                            1. BACKGROUND
                            1.1 The MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG). Requires the services of an employee to provide those services listed in Clause 2 below as to attain the following main objectives:
                            1.2 The Employee possesses the special expertise and experience required and has agreed to provide the services
                            2. NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
                            The Employee shall provide the following services to MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG).


                            COMMENCING DATE: 8th OCTOBER 2012
                            CONTRACT DURATION: 3 Years
                            (RESPONSIBILITIES:)
                            Specific anticipated duties are assignments based on the Company needs and personal skill sets.
                            2.3 In providing these services, the Employee shall lease, maintain good relations with the staff of MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) and consults with the personnel admin. On matters relevant to their responsibilities. The Employee shall provide the services described in Clause 2 to the standard, which the Company expects.
                            2.4 The Company shall pay by the end of the month on satisfactory performance of the services of appropriate monthly the sum o[censored]SD $ 10, 600 (Ten Thousand Six Hundred Dollars) to the Employee... Any work performed beyond the normal work time, shall be due for an overtime benefit to be paid at USD $ 200.00 per hour. Equivalent depending on employee’s home country.                             2.5 WORK PERIODS: Mondays to Fridays, Time: 8.00am to 4.00pm with break period between 12.00noon to 2.00pm. Fridays are Holidays for our Muslims workers
                            2.6 ALLOWANCE: Hazard/Inconveniences allowance? 15% of Basic salary. Entertainment allowance 10% of Basic salary. (B) Employee shall be entitled to a leave allowance of an additional 100% percent of their basic salary. (C) Free to and fro tickets to cover the span of their home leave.                             2.7 The MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) shall provide the necessary equipment, supplies, free medical care, insurance Policy, and efficient security system, transportation, email system for the Employee’s use while undertaking the services described in Clause 2.
                            2.8. PAID HOME LEAVE: All expatriates are entitled to a one (1) month paid home leave, which can be taken once at a time or two (2) weeks apart one different period.
                            2.9. MEDICAL/HEALTH SERVICE FACILITIES AND INSURANCE PLAN FOR FAMILY: (A) the Employee shall be entitled to a comprehensive health care service, which is to be administered by Medical Experts. (B) In a case of emergency situation, Employee will be attended by the best medical experts or any country suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be influenced by the findings of the company’s medical experts, unless the expatriate in question states otherwise. (C) After three (3) months of service all expatriates will be entitled to a Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) for family. The Health Service Insurance Plan is designed to cover only five (5) members of your family. The Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) allowance can also be paid to the expatriates at the rate o[censored]SD $ 800.00 per family member per month (USD $ 800.00 per month) which can be transferred on monthly basis without being subjected to tax.
                            2.10. ACCOMMODATION: MALAYSIA LNG SDN BHD (MLNG) will provide a four Bedroom Apartment for the employee.
                            TRANSPORTATION: An official vehicle shall be provided on 24-hour daily basis to Employee for local transportation.(B) A round trip flight ticket to cover the span of employment .engagement will be provided and delivered to you on the completion of your relevant travel documents and immigration particulars.
                            2.11 ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all employees with no expenses to be incurred. (B) Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all employees by the company’s laundry and dry cleaning unit.
                            2.12. TELECOMMUNICATION/INTERNET FACILITIES: There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred. Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service Providers in Malaysia, but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Location.
                            2.13 Except where the Employee already holds professional indemnity insurance, the Company will arrange such cover for the employee in respect. The employee shall give the Company immediate notice in writing to HR Strategy Manager, Human Resources Division,
                            (a) Any claim made against the Employee;
                            (b) The receipt of notice from any person of any intention to hold the employee responsible for the results of an alleged negligent act, error or omission
                            (c) Any circumstance of which the Employee shall become aware which may give rise to a claim or claims under the insurance policy.
                            The Employee shall be solely liable for any consequences of the employee’s failure to give notice as required by this clause. The obligation to notify applies regardless of the apparent extent of any potential liability.
                            (d) (The Employee does hold professional indemnity insurance, or The Employee does not hold professional indemnity insurance.
