Wockhardt Hospitals — Not providing Superintendent Stamp on Apology Letter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had really a bad experience with wockhardt hospital (Mira Road) as my Mediclaim was rejected due to their sloppy work. They also gave me a apology letter for the misconduct which happened but are not providing superintendant stamp on apology letter for the same. Care Health Insurance company have a strict rule as for Genuity of apology letter, the document must be stamped by a Medical Superintendant of hospital, but they are not providing the stamp and are giving various excuses o[censored]navailability of Medical Superintendant stamp and the medical admin is very rude. His name is Dr. Sushil Kumar (Sr, Manager, Hospital administration).
Due to stubbornness of him we are unable to get our Mediclaim. We have visited multiple times and requested for stamp but they are not providing it. We have become fed up of these countless visits to hospitals and decided to come here.

Please look into the matter.
