Womenstore — no response from the company when I asked about return process of the product delivered to me. | |||||
On 2nd feb, 2019 i have gone through a women store site having the web address https://womenstore.in on instagram. Site has displayed attractive dresses, lahnga, saaree at discounted rate to entice the customer. They also have provided whatsapp link from where you can whatsapp the person about your like and willingness to buy any product mentioned in their site. I have proposed to buy a maroon lahnga amounting rs. 1799/-through whatsapp link which is the business whatsap number of the said site. Before ordering the product i have gone through the site about return policy and mode of payment. There i found cash on delivery is available and also i can return the product within 5 days and will get 100% money return. That i have ordered one lahnga by whatsapp no. Which is associated with the site. Whatsapp no. Is +91 [protected]. On confirming my order they have dispatched the said order and i got delivery on 7th february, 2019 having the order no. 2321. After going through the product and dissatisfaction from the quality of the delivered product, i approached to the seller for placing the return request for the same. But i was in utter shock to get no response from the seller. I had made various calls and sent various whatsapp messages requesting to place return request or to providing me the procedure to return the same, but no response was there from the seller. I cannot return through the site as i have not registered into any account in their site. Therefore, i have no order detail and data or track record of the order available to me. I have only whatsapp no. From where i had ordered. The said website itself mentioned 5 days easy return policy and 100% money return. But no response from the seller and this attitude of the seller drags me towards the sense of fraud and cheating attitude of the seller. Being a customer of the said site i am aggrieved by the said seller and got cheated by their fake policies. Therefore this consumer complaint against the online site and the seller of the womenstore site. I want my money back along with the compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have buy product from womenstore by COD and it delivered on 1/4/2019. Qulity of the product is very poor and I want to return this im trying to contact with costumer care but they are not responding to call, whatsapp, or emails. Im trying from last 2days but still no response. I want my money back
