Womenstore — complaining about the bad quality and not getting refund

I have shopped online from this store called womenstore
They have a 7 days return policy
So i texted them through wtsapp
They told me to mail my issue
I did that too
But am not getting any response neither by mail nor by that person form the whtsapp
They are doing a big fraud by taking money
I paid 1800 through google pay
But the order was totally different from what they have showed in picture
And it is so bad in quality too
I even have given them the warning
The person is always online through wtsapp but now not responding me
