Dear Sir, I ordered Saree in womenstore. But the saree no where is even 10% closer to photo or quality or value for money. I am trying to contact them to return and initiate refund. But neither the mobile call is received nor the portal is working to initiate return.

I have shopped online from this store called womenstore
They have a 7 days return policy
So i texted them through wtsapp
They told me to mail my issue
I did that too
But am not getting any response neither by mail nor by that person form the whtsapp
They are doing a big fraud by taking money
I paid 1800 through google pay
But the order was totally different from what they have showed...

I had placed an order at www.womenstore.in and as the product quality was worst wanted to return it. As per their return policy the product can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. I have been trying to contact the store since past 4 days and there is no response from the site, no customer care/whatsapp/facebook is answering the phone/message/email.
