Wonderchef Home Appliances — Gas stove is not working

Dear team

i ordered wonderchef ruby black cooktop glass manual gas Stove of 4 burner from Flipkart order id ( OD[protected]
which delivered on 10 August 2022 with 2 year warranty,

i am writing here to complaining about gas stove,
stove is not working properly from last 15 days, The fire comes out from the burners of the gas stove and also the fire burns around the burner, and the fire also burns in between the pipes which is very very risky for life.

we raised the complaint to the customer support then they send one person at home for repairing. he was not able to repair thn he went and came again after 15 days.then he tried again but that time also he failed again then he said that stove is not possible to repaystove is having internal leakage problem and he said he will tell company to replace thn he took the gas and went and after 8 days he came backed with same stove that time that stove was showing same problem he said he repaired and got back but stove was not working.

my request is to kindly replace the product because we don't want same product repaired because no guarantee of repaired product we got the experience nad this is now third time i am complaining.

i hope you will help me in this issue, i will hope u will look into this or else i will go to customer protection act through will no option.
