I paid ₹32, 506.66 for a product from Wooden Bazar via credit card (PayU gateway, transaction ID [protected]).
The seller repeatedly delayed the order, claimed the mirror was broken, and never provided photos or tracking. They ignored all my calls and are still not responding.
After checking, I found that multiple complaints have started appearing since June 2024. I believe this business has gone rogue and is currently scamming customers.
I’ve already reported this to Axis Bank and PayU for a chargeback.
DO NOT trust this seller or pay in advance.
