I had ordered a chair from their website on 14th March in an expectation that the product will be delivered fast as advertised in their websites, (Order #3525) the shipment date was shown as 19th March while placing the order, and the order was supposed to be delivered between 23 till 31st March. But till they have not yet shipped the product and when reaching them they mention that the shipping will happen after 6 more days from today. Since I had originally booked the item as per their advertisement and my requirement to have the item on an urgent basis, I requested them to cancel the order as I cannot afford this amount of time. I would not need the item any longer if the product is delayed for such long. But the person simply refused to proceed with my refund. I showed them the timlines which were originally promised and they gave some weird 'AI' explanation for that. More over I was surprised when they mentioned that they make the product only after the order and they do not stock them, whereas when I made the booking it clearly showed the item was in stock. Very deceptive website. Do not believe a word which are mentioned in their site. All are false and misleading information Was this information helpful? |
